Welcome to the Williams Reunion website.

This year's reunion is being held in Bedford, Indiana, at the Bedford Christian Camp, from August 6th through the 8th.

Click here to see what everyone is bringing for the pitch-in meals.

For those of you wanting to use Mapquest or your Garmin to find the camp, the address is:

33 Church Camp Road
Bedford, IN 47421
(812) 279-4212

Below, is a map to help you see where to go from the intersection of highways 37 and 50, south of Bedford:

Camp Map

Ervin has been kind enough to share some directions with landmarks, listed below:

Coming from the west as you turn north on 37, you need to get in the right lane as soon as you cross the White River bridge for the right turn onto Sandpit Road.  This road has some turns and curves in it.  You follow it for 1.7 or 1.8 miles passing two or three roads to the right before you come to Church Camp Road (what Map Quest lists as S County Road 00 E).   There is a bed and breakfast -- Candlelight Bed and Breakfast -- on the right at this turn.  This is another curvy road but in another .8 miles you should arrive at the Camp.

Coming from Bedford on Hwy 37, you can watch for a left turn onto Sandpit Road just after 37 narrows from 4 lanes to 2.  There should be some signs for North 37 Bypass (and maybe signs for Sandpit Road) just before the road narrows.

Here is a close-up, satellite photo showing the campgrounds, overlooking the White River.

The campground boasts the following features:
•New 10, 735 sq. ft. lodge with fully equipped kitchen and restrooms
•Old lodge with commercial kitchen and walk-in cooler, restrooms and three sleeping rooms
•Quonset style recreation building
•Campfire pit area
•Ten cabins - 5 each in separate areas
•Bath House with showers
•Two new handicapped accessible restrooms each with a shower
•Swimming pool
•Tennis/basketball court
•Volleyball court
•Softball field
•Secluded vesper area
•Five small group shelters
•Playground equipment

As usual, you will need to bring either a sleeping bag and pillow, or a sheet, a blanket and a pillow, as the beds don't have bedding. If you want to swim in the pool, don't forget to bring your swimsuit. If this ends up being a hot weekend, you may want to bring a fan. The lodges are air-conditioned but the cabins are not.

The meal plan will be the same as in past years:
•Friday supper - Roger will provide pizzas and breadsticks
•Saturday breakfast - Roger & Rhee will bring breakfast items (eggs, bacon, toast {white & wheat}, bagels, orange juice, apple juice, milk {2% & skim})
•Saturday lunch - pitch-in meal with food brought by everyone
•Saturday supper - leftovers from lunch (we always have too much for one meal!)
•Sunday breakfast - Roger & Rhee will bring breakfast items (eggs, bacon, toast {white & wheat}, bagels, orange juice, apple juice, milk {2% & skim})

If you haven't already done so, take a moment and send me an email to let me know whether or not you're coming and, if you are coming, how many people are in your group and what you plan to bring for the pitch-in meal. We need main dishes, side dishes and desserts. Also, please bring whatever drinks you need for lunch and dinner for your family members. I'll update what everyone is bringing as I receive word from everyone.
